I’m Godwin Kwesi Nutsugah, a PhD candidate in Agricultural & Applied Economics at the University of Georgia. My current research explores the following questions:
How weather-induced behavorial bias shape technology adoption in Nigeria.
How childhood illness affects maternal labor and welfare in Malawi.
How integrating farm-profit effects into household demand systems captures the true trade-offs agrarian families face when staple-crop prices change.
I combine econometrics and data science to turn these questions into policy insights. Previously, I earned an MS in Agricultural, Food & Resource Economics from Michigan State University and a BA in Economics & Mathematics from the University of Ghana.
