The bottle should be about 80mm, or less, high
The bottle is to be 2 or 3mm thick
There must be a cap or lid
The cap or must have a lip of ridge to stop it slipping off
Sketch on A3 paper
Make 3D sketches of 3 or more different ideas
Choose one idea and make 2D sketches
Add dimensions to your sketches
In Onshape:
When you make a new documents - save it with a file name like this:
"Firstname Initial of Surname- Perfume Bottle"
eg: JulianaC-PerfumeBottle
A possible work-flow for the assignment in onshape:
Make the bottle
Shell the bottle with a thickness of 3mm
Make the cap
Shell the cap so it fits over the neck of the bottle
Add a lip or ridge to make the cap tight on the bottle neck
Make an Assembly page and move the cap off the bottle
Make 3-5 or more Drawing pages with orthographic, isometric and exploded drawings
Download your drawings as a PDFs
Combine all your PDFs into one file
Rename the file like this:
JulaianaC-PerfumeBottle
