Oral presentation:
Oral: 15 mins (12 min. talk + 3 min Q&A)
PPT File: 16:9 format, saved as .pptx or pdf. Please use standard fonts (Arial, Times New Roman, Calibri) to ensure consistent display across devices.
Please load your PPT file into the session computer at least 30 min before your session starts. Contact the PIC/Committee member at that respective hall.
Personal laptops are not allowed suring any of the sessions.
All the talks will be erased after the conference session (as per data pretection act).
All talks are offline at NGC 2026, so no online oral presentations request will be accepted
Poster presentation:
Boards: Potrait A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm). High resolution (minimum 300 DPI) graphics are strongly recommended.
Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their posters to the venue. Please use only the tape provided to avoid damaging the board.
Assigned poster reporting and discussion time is only during the designated times mentioned in the Program. Presenters are expected to be at their posters during the assigned session.
Posters will be replaced daily according to the schedule sessions, please take your poster after your sesion of the particular day (after 6 pm).
