Thank you for writing. We are glad you found us and hope this automated reply will quickly answer some of your questions about our online meeting. If you would like to connect with a person, please send an email to RobertP27March@gmail.com.

Nar-Anon is a place for those affected by someone else’s addiction. In our meetings, we share about our experience, strength, and hope. Our Step Study meetings are participatory. Typically members read a few paragraphs from the Nar-Anon 36 Workbook. Then we take turns answering questions from the workbook.

If you are interested in a topic-oriented meeting, we suggest that you try one of the meetings hosted by the Central California Region, Rocky Mountain Region, Ontario, United Kingdom, or New Zealand. Those groups use the Nar-Anon daily reader - which we call SESH - Sharing our Experience Strength and Hope.

We have two meetings each Sunday.

The advanced group meets at 3:00 pm Eastern Time / noon Pacific Time on Sundays.

The other group meets at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time / 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Sundays.

While we use the Nar-Anon 36 Workbook, you are welcome to join our meetings even if you do not have a copy of the Nar-Anon 36 Workbook. If you would like to buy one, you can go to the Nar-Anon webstore at https://nar-anon-webstore.myshopify.com/collections/books-booklets/products/nar-anon-36-steps-1-12-coming-soon?variant=19634028549

We meet online. The connection information for our meeting is posted on our website at https://sites.google.com/view/nfg-step-study. We post it there as it is subject to change.

We also have a lot of useful information posted on that website. Please read through the first page, and also check the second page for information about participation.
