1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use govern the installation and use of Next Slots Pro. By installing, configuring, or using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the application.

If you install the application for an organization or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. About Next Slots Pro

Next Slots Pro is an appointment-availability widget designed for websites using Wix Bookings. It allows site owners to display upcoming appointment times for a selected service and direct visitors to the appropriate booking calendar.

Next Slots Pro is provided by an independent software developer and is not a booking provider, payment processor, or party to appointments arranged between website owners and their customers.

3. Platform Requirements

To use Next Slots Pro, the website must meet the platform requirements shown in its App Market listing, including having Wix Bookings installed and properly configured.

The website owner is responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining valid booking services
• Configuring staff, schedules, availability, timezones, and booking policies
• Keeping service information accurate
• Complying with applicable consumer, privacy,, accessibility, and business laws
• Testing the widget after changing website or booking settings

4. Appointment Availability

Times displayed by Next Slots Pro are informational and may change before a booking is completed.

Displaying a time does not reserve or guarantee that appointment. Visitors must continue to the booking calendar, select an available time, provide any required information, and complete the booking process there.

The booking calendar and its current availability are the final authority regarding whether an appointment can be booked.

5. License

Subject to these Terms, Next Slots Pro grants the installing website owner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to install and use the application for its intended business purpose.

You may not:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the application except through functionality expressly provided by Wix
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Use the application to violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with the application’s operation or security
• Use automated methods to overload, probe, or disrupt the application or associated services
• Misrepresent Next Slots Pro as your own software

6. Free Service

The current version of Next Slots Pro is offered without a separate application fee.

We may introduce optional paid features or plans in the future. Any applicable price and billing terms will be clearly presented before a purchase or subscription is made. Existing users will not be charged without their authorization.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update the application to improve reliability, security, compatibility, design, or functionality.

Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued when reasonably necessary. Platform changes made by Wix or Wix Bookings may also affect application functionality.

We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.

8. Availability and Support

We aim to keep Next Slots Pro reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Availability may be affected by maintenance, browser behavior, internet connectivity, website configuration, third-party platform changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Support does not include managing the website owner’s business, booking schedule, customer relationships, or unrelated website configuration.

9. Privacy

Use of Next Slots Pro is also governed by the Next Slots Pro Privacy Policy published on this website.

Next Slots Pro does not sell personal information and does not operate an independent database containing customer bookings, contact records, or payment information.

10. Third-Party Services

Next Slots Pro relies on Wix, Wix Bookings, browsers, and internet infrastructure. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Next Slots Pro is an independent third-party application. References to Wix and Wix Bookings describe compatibility and integration and do not imply ownership of or endorsement by Wix.

11. Intellectual Property

Next Slots Pro, including its branding, design, application code, documentation, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Wix, Wix Bookings, and related names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Website owners retain ownership of their own website content and business information.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Slots Pro is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

• Every displayed time will remain available
• The application will meet every business requirement
• Operation will always be uninterrupted or error-free
• All platform, browser, or third-party changes will remain compatible

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next Slots Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost bookings, lost business opportunities, reputational harm, or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the application.

Because the current application is provided free of charge, our total liability relating to the application will not exceed the greater of the amount paid directly for the application during the preceding twelve months or USD 10, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the application at any time by removing the widget or uninstalling the application.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, platform requirements, or material violations of these Terms.

Sections intended by their nature to survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations, will continue to apply.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the user’s jurisdiction.

Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve disputes by contacting each other.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the application, platform requirements, or applicable laws change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
