This Privacy Policy explains how Next Slots Pro, an independent software developer, processes information when the Next Slots Pro application is installed on a website or when someone contacts us for support.

Next Slots Pro is designed to display upcoming appointment availability and direct visitors to the appropriate booking calendar.

2. Information Processed by the App

Next Slots Pro processes limited public booking-service information required to operate, including:

• Service identifiers and service names
• Service type and online-booking status
• Public booking or calendar page URLs
• Available appointment start and end times
• Whether an appointment time is bookable
• The visitor’s browser timezone
• Page language, browser locale, and the website’s base URL

The underlying Services API may technically return additional public business or location fields. Next Slots Pro does not use, display, store, or log those additional fields.

Next Slots Pro does not deliberately access customer names, contact records, member profiles, booking-form responses, payment information, completed bookings, or private customer information.

3. App Configuration

The following widget settings may be stored using the website platform’s managed infrastructure:

• Selected service identifier
• Widget heading
• Number of appointment times displayed
• Timezone settings
• Button text
• Display density and related presentation settings

These settings configure the widget and are not used to identify individual visitors or customers.

4. How Information Is Used

Information is processed only to:

• Display upcoming appointment availability
• Apply the website owner’s widget settings
• Format dates and times for the selected timezone and language
• Direct visitors to the appropriate booking calendar
• Maintain the security and reliability of the application
• Respond to support requests

Next Slots Pro does not sell personal information and does not use information for advertising, profiling, or unrelated marketing.

5. Storage and Retention

Service and availability responses are processed temporarily in the visitor’s browser memory. Next Slots Pro does not copy these responses to an application-owned database, browser local storage, session storage, cookies, or external cache.

Temporary information is discarded when the widget or page session ends. Widget configuration is stored and managed by Wix.

If you voluntarily contact us by email, we process your email address and the information in your message to provide support. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

6. Sharing and Service Providers

Next Slots Pro does not send booking information to an external database, advertising platform, analytics provider, artificial-intelligence service, CRM, or third-party logging service.

The application relies on Wix to provide hosting, booking APIs, application infrastructure, configuration storage, and operational security. Wix may process technical and operational information according to its own privacy policy:

7. Cookies and Analytics

Next Slots Pro does not create its own cookies and does not currently use independent advertising or analytics trackers. Wix or Google may use essential platform technologies governed by their respective policies.

8. Security

Next Slots Pro uses Wix-managed infrastructure and HTTPS connections. The application does not operate its own production database containing customer information. Access to editor settings is controlled through Wix owner and contributor permissions.

Although reasonable safeguards are used, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Website owners can remove the Next Slots Pro widget or uninstall the application through their Wix account.

Because Next Slots Pro does not maintain an independent database of customer or visitor records, we generally do not possess personal information to retrieve, correct, or delete. If you have questions about information held by a particular website, contact that website’s owner.

For information provided directly through a support email, you may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when legally required.

10. Children’s Privacy

Next Slots Pro is a business utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Processing

Wix and Google may process information in countries other than the visitor’s country according to their infrastructure, contractual protections, and privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the application, applicable requirements, or our information practices change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
