I - STEM LAB Policies & Procedures - Part 1 (culture of innovation and security)

1. Credentials are required for STEM LAB admittance at ALL times (replacements are subject to a fee).
2. STEM LAB Refreshments (water, snacks, etc) are for visiting guests ONLY.
3. All assets are property of the STEM TEAM and are required to stay in the STEM LAB.
4. Any assets that are authorized to be used outside the STEM LAB must be properly check-out.
5. Every person in the STEM LAB will be treated with the utmost respect.

II - STEM LAB Policies & Procedures - Part 2 (all zero tolerance)

1. Absolutely NO Eating or Drinking is permitted in the STEM LAB.
2. Absolutely NO Relationshipping* is permitted in STEM LAB or its vicinity (visually in sight of the E/S juncture).
3. Absolutely NO Gaming is permitted in the STEM LAB or with STEM TEAM assets (includes personal devices).
4. Absolutely NO Lockering of Personal Items is permitted in the STEM LAB (books, coats, backpacks, etc.).
5. Absolutely NO Piggybacking or Tailgating is permitted in the STEM LAB (unauthorized entry).

*Relationshipping is defined as any posturing, positioning, gesturing, etc. that would lead an onlooker to infer a couple.

III - STEM LAB Policies & Procedures - Part 3 (consequences)

1. Failure to respect the policies and procedures will result in a progression of consequences to include:
   • Walled
   • Three-Day Separation & 14-Day Probation
   • 30-Day Suspension from All STEM TEAM activities and
