Is NExT-Game an archival venue?
No, NExT-Game is a non-archival venue. This means your submission will not be formally published in proceedings or indexed in academic databases. You retain full rights to submit and publish the same work in other venues.

Yes, submissions must be anonymized for double-blind review.
Can I submit work that has already been published?
Can I submit work that has already been published?
No, we do not accept papers that have been published in archival venues (including the ICML main conference). We welcome submissions of work in progress, early-stage ideas, or research that has not yet been published elsewhere. Our aim is to encourage discussion and gather feedback on developing projects.

Accepted papers can add one page relative to the review-phase page limit. See CfP and OpenReview for camera-ready deadline.
Please follow the instructions you will receive by email, titled "Poster Instructions". Nonetheless, poster presenters have the flexibility to choose the size and orientation that best support their presentation.
