All data presented in this application comes from and is the responsibility of third parties and therefore the application programmer does not guarantee the reliability and / or credibility of the information presented, nor is it responsible for any type of misuse that could compromise the service and / or the application, or consequences from decisions made based on the information presented in this application.

The application only reads information from third parties and presents that information in a simpler and more intuitive interface for the user,  in order to encourage the use of public transportation and allow for better predictability of schedules when planning/taking trips on them.

Since the application depends on information from third parties the application may stop working at any time without any prior notice. The programmer will do everything in his power to keep the application operational but cannot guarantee that it will always be operational.

The application requires internet access to show information, and this internet connection can be via Wi-Fi or mobile data, and the programmer is not responsible if the application does not work in full if the user does not have access to the internet and in a stable manner.

If you are using the application with mobile data, remember that the terms of the contract with the mobile network provider will apply, and as a result the operator may charge the user for the cost of the data while accessing the application. The user assumes responsibility for such charges, including data roaming charges.

The application does not require additional permissions in order to funcion, however additional permissions may be requested in order to improve the user experience, such as for example: asking access to the device's location in order to allow the user to search stops near the user's location.

The application is compatible with devices running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher, however the application's compatibility with each version of Android is not guaranteed permanently. The developer can release updates to the application to apply corrections, changes and / or improvements to the application.

The user is not allowed to copy, modify or reverse engineer any part of the application, nor is he allowed to try to extract the source code.

The application is available on the Google Play Store, and the user should not install the application from other sources in order not to jeopardize the security of his device and information contained and / or accessible on it.

If the user installs the application from other sources not mentioned in this document, he will be doing that action at his own risk, and the programmer will not be responsible for any consequences resulting from that action.

The user is responsible for keeping their device safe and up to date, and we recommend that they do not use an unofficial operating system (ROM), or that they root the device, which is a process that removes restrictions and limitations imposed on the operating system. Rooting can make your device more vulnerable to malware / viruses / malicious software and / or even if the application does not work properly.

At any time, the programmer may stop providing the application and close it without notice.

If the user does not agree with any of the terms described in this document, he must close and uninstall the application from his device (s).

Changes to these terms and conditions

The terms and conditions contained in this document may be updated periodically, and the changes will take effect immediately.

Whenever the terms and conditions are changed these changes will be applied in this document.
