NexSa AI — Privacy Policy

NexSa AI ("NexSa", "we", "us") is an Android app that helps you fill out online forms, applications, and correction requests. NexSa reads what is on your screen and taps and types on your behalf so you don't have to work through complicated forms alone. This policy explains what information NexSa accesses, how it is used, and where it goes.
Information NexSa accesses
To fill forms for you, NexSa uses Android's Accessibility Service and screen capture to read what is on your screen and to act on it. Depending on the form you are filling, this can include personal information such as your:
- Name
- Email address
- Address
- Phone number
- Other details shown on your screen
- The screens you visit and the taps and text NexSa enters
You may also choose to save details, documents, and photos in your NexSa profile so you don't have to enter them again. This profile information is stored on your device.
How NexSa uses this information
NexSa uses the information above only to understand your screen and fill forms for you when you ask. NexSa acts only when you give a command — it does not act on its own.
Where your data goes
To understand your screen and decide what to do, NexSa sends the content of your screen — which may include the personal information listed above — to secure third-party AI services (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) through our backend. This means this data leaves your device to be processed, and is handled according to those providers' privacy policies. NexSa uses this only to fill forms for you and does not sell your personal information.
Permissions NexSa uses
- Accessibility Service — to read the fields visible on your screen and to tap and type on your behalf, which is how NexSa fills forms for you.
- Screen capture — to see the current screen so NexSa can understand which form you are on.
NexSa asks for your clear consent before these features are enabled.
What NexSa never does
- Never fills passwords, OTPs, PINs, or payment information.
- Never fills CAPTCHAs — you complete those yourself.
- Never submits a form for you — you review everything and submit it yourself.
- Never runs hidden in the background without your knowledge.
Data storage and retention
Your profile details, saved documents, and recent task history are stored locally on your device. Screen content sent to AI services is used to process your request and is subject to those providers' retention practices. You can clear your saved data at any time from within the app.
Children
NexSa is not directed to children and is intended for use by adults filling their own forms and applications.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
