Whaid Rose

Our lead pastor is Whaid Rose, who brings more than thirty years of ministry and denominational leadership experience to bear upon his current role as pastor at CCBC. A gifted speaker, published author, church consultant, and certified life coach, Pastor Rose is known around the world for his visionary approach to life and ministry. 

Jonathan Ijames

Our long time local pastor Board Chairman is Jonathan Ijames, who has given of himself tirelessly in pastoral service to our congregation for more than twenty years. He serves the church bi-vocationally alongside his many years of fulltime employment with KGN Driveline (soon to be Melrose). A native of the Newton-Catawba County area, he and his wife, Nichole, have been married for twenty years and have a teenage son.
