Anche quest'anno il Dipartimento Sostegno ha organizzato molti laboratori, nel rispetto delle norme di prevenzione anti-Covid-19. Nel laboratorio "Il giardino del Mondo", gli studenti imparano le principali tecniche di giardinaggio e di gestione dell'orto, con particolare attenzione alle piante aromatiche e da frutto, alla biodiversità e alla storia di ogni vegetale.

Nel collage di foto che riportiamo, gli alunni hanno messo in pratica la tecnica di propagazione per talea, che sfrutta le proprietà rigenerative delle piante, e hanno imparato le principali caratteristiche delle bulbacee, interrando bulbi di tulipano e anemone, i quali fioriranno a inizio primavera.

For our Erasmus+ project we will use the Etwinning platform. What it is this? Well Etwinning is a platform launched in 2005 by European community and from 2014 is co-united with Erasmus.

This platform is for contact and communication between students’ from European nations. In the platform there’s a private space called the Twinspace where only the members of the project can enter. Teachers invite students to enter in the space.

The Twinspace platform offers tools where students from different countries involved in the same project can communicate and collaborate,for example by uploading video, photos, presentations, maps and creating project pages together. We will use the Etwinning platform to have meetings with the students from the partner countries and share the work on our territory Heritage.

The next step in our project is to take part in a ERASMUS WEEK, a whole week of online meetings from the 30 th of November to the the 4 th of December. The here will be another ERASMUS WEEK from the 14 th to the 18 th of December, where more students will meet every evening. In the first online conference week some of the students from each country will introduce themselves to everyone and talk about the different type of Heritage that they have been working on for the project and in the second one in December other students will talk about Christmas Heritage and related topics. These conferences will definitely be a useful and fun experience for all the students from the different countries to meet to share and learn about each country's type of heritage.

Hello everyone! We are V. and S. from 2B LL. Today we are going to explain to you something about our new project with eTwinning, which is a platform where some students from six different countries Italy, Romania, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands and Poland, meet each other with a video call and they talk about themselves and their countries’ heritages.

We are a part of a group and together we are going to talk about Verona’s heritage and the Arena.

Let’s have a look at some basic information on Verona:

• It’s near l\Lake Garda the west of Padua.

• It’s known as the city of love for the plays that were set here like Romeo and Juliet.

• There are many famous monuments, like the Arena, Juliet’s balcony, Bra square.

• There are many different types of restaurants and coffee shops and ice-cream parlors, like Amorino which makes ice-cream shaped like flowers and it is near the Arena.

Verona was given Verona World Heritage status by UNESCO on the 30th of November 2000for its enormous cultural contribution to the world.
