These Terms govern your use of Smart Printer (“the App”), provided by [Shaggy Develops] (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the App.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for lawful personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. Where required, a parent or guardian must authorize your use.
The App provides supported printing, scanning, text recognition, document creation, conversion, and PDF management tools.
Features may depend on your Android version, device capabilities, Google Play services, internet connection, installed print services, and file format.
Physical printing requires compatible printer hardware and a suitable print service or connection. The App does not guarantee compatibility with every printer.
You retain ownership of the content you import or create.
You are responsible for:
Having permission to access, copy, modify, print, or share content.
Reviewing output before relying on it.
Keeping backups of important files.
Protecting passwords used to secure PDFs.
Using the App in accordance with applicable laws.
Scanning, OCR, conversion, and printing may produce errors or formatting differences. Check important names, amounts, dates, and other details.
Password-removal features must be used only on documents you are authorized to access. The App does not guarantee recovery of forgotten passwords.
The App may provide limited free access, including one successful use of each supported tool before a subscription is required for further use.
The applicable free-use limits, premium benefits, and any advertising restrictions are described in the App. Free tool access is separate from a subscription trial.
No subscription trial is included unless explicitly offered on the purchase screen.
The App may offer weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play.
Available plans, billing periods, prices, taxes, and benefits are shown before purchase. Prices may vary by country and currency. The Google Play purchase screen provides the applicable purchase details.
Payment is handled through your Google Play account. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before its next renewal, according to the terms displayed by Google Play.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
After cancellation, access generally continues until the end of the paid period unless Google Play indicates otherwise, a refund changes entitlement, or applicable law requires a different outcome.
Purchase restoration requires the appropriate Google Play account and a valid entitlement. An internet connection may be necessary.
Refund requests are handled according to Google Play’s policies and applicable consumer law. These Terms do not exclude mandatory refund or consumer rights.
Free or ad-supported access may include advertisements.
Any ad-free benefit applies only if it is expressly included in the plan you purchase. Third-party websites or services may still display their own content or advertising.
Advertisements are provided by third parties. We do not guarantee advertised products or services. Purchases from advertisers are between you and the relevant provider.
You must not:
Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.
Access or distribute documents without authorization.
Interfere with the App, billing services, or advertising systems.
Falsify purchases or attempt to bypass subscription restrictions.
Reverse-engineer the App except where applicable law permits.
The App may interact with Google Play, Google ML Kit, advertising providers, Android printing services, websites, and file-storage providers.
These services are governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability and operation are outside our direct control.
The Smart Printer Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when using the App.
Permissions and privacy choices may affect whether some features are available.
The App’s original software, branding, and design are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.
You may not copy or redistribute protected App materials without permission, except as permitted by law.
We may provide updates, fix errors, or change features. Changes affecting paid access will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Google Play requirements.
We may restrict access in response to misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements. Restricting App access does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription; manage cancellation through Google Play.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or compatibility with every file or printer.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the App, including losses resulting from failure to review output or maintain backups.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
If you have a concern, contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using a court, regulator, or dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.
We may update these Terms. The revised date will appear above, and material changes will be communicated where required.
