Smart Printer (“the App”) is provided by [Shaggy Develops] (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App’s printing, scanning, document conversion, PDF editing, advertising, and subscription features.

The App accesses documents, photos, camera captures, text, drawings, and other files that you select or create to perform the features you request.
Document editing, PDF conversion, text recognition, and related document processing are performed on your device. We do not upload the contents of your documents, photos, scanned pages, notes, or contacts to our own servers for these operations.
When you choose to print, share, or export content, it is provided to the printer, print service, application, storage provider, or destination you select. Those services handle the content under their own policies.
Depending on the features you use, the App may request or use:
Camera access: To capture photos or scan documents.
Photo and file access: To open selected files and save generated output through Android’s available pickers and storage interfaces.
Contacts access: To read contact details for the contact-printing feature when you grant permission. Contact details are not used for advertising.
Internet access: For webpages you open, advertising, subscription services, and downloads required by supported Google components.
Printing services: To send documents to Android’s print system and your selected print provider.
You can manage supported permissions in Android Settings. Denying permission may prevent the related feature from working.
The App stores information on your device to support document history, settings, and free-use limits. History may contain copies of documents you open or generate.
Removing a history entry or clearing App data does not necessarily delete copies already exported to another folder, cloud service, printer, or application.
Android backup and restore may retain or restore eligible App data depending on your device and backup settings.
The App uses Google ML Kit and supported Google Play services components for scanning and text recognition.
Document content is processed on your device for these features. Google components may separately collect technical information such as device and App details, installation or device identifiers, feature usage, processing performance, and diagnostic information.
This technical information supports service operation, diagnostics, and improvement. It is separate from the contents of your documents.
Ad-supported versions of the App use Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may collect or receive information such as:
IP address and approximate location inferred from it.
Advertising identifiers and other permitted device or installation identifiers.
Device, operating system, and App information.
Ad impressions, clicks, and other advertising interactions.
Diagnostic and performance information.
This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, personalize advertising where permitted, detect fraud, and maintain advertising services.
We do not provide your document contents, photos, notes, or contacts to advertisers.
Where required, we request consent or provide applicable privacy choices before requesting ads. Available choices depend on your location and the advertising configuration. Android also provides advertising privacy controls.
Choosing non-personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all technical data processing associated with advertising.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Google handles your payment information; we do not receive your complete payment card details.
The App and any purchase-verification service used for subscription access may process product identifiers, purchase tokens, transaction references, and subscription status information to verify purchases, restore access, prevent fraud, and manage premium features.
Google handles billing records under its own policies.
When you open a webpage through the App, the website may receive information such as your IP address and may use cookies or other storage according to its own policies.
External websites, cloud file providers, print services, shared-content destinations, and advertised services operate independently. Review their policies before providing information to them.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you provide. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot issues, and maintain relevant support records.
Avoid sending sensitive documents, passwords, or payment information unless necessary for your request.
Information may be disclosed to:
Service providers supporting advertising, billing, and technical functionality.
Destinations you choose when printing, sharing, saving, or opening external content.
Authorities or other parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and prevent fraud.
Advertising-related disclosures may qualify as sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Applicable choices will be provided where required.
Local files and preferences remain on your device until removed through available App or Android controls. Exported files and backups must be managed separately.
We retain support correspondence only as reasonably necessary to handle requests, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.
Google and other providers retain information under their own policies. Requests concerning information controlled by those providers may need to be submitted directly to them.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their policies and applicable safeguards.
The App is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or object to certain uses.
