Review of Rabbit-Shaped Sticky Bra
Review of Rabbit-Shaped Sticky Bra
People have been talking about sticky bras a lot more lately. I think the bra in the shape of a rabbit is the one that's been seen the most. I always wonder if it would work for "all" sizes when I see the ads. Since I have a bigger chest, I was very doubtful. I'm also all-natural, baby...swing low, sweet chariots (in my Creed Bratton voice). So I had to try it out and tell you what I thought.
Ordering and packaging
I bought a pair, one that was beige/nude and the other that was black. Don't think that the "nude" is my nude. The color is a lot lighter than the color of my skin. I bought them, so I wasn't too surprised by the color, lol. I bought both sets on Amazon for about $13. They were part of Amazon Prime, so if I spent $25 or more, they shipped for free.
The packaging on the ones I bought was very disappointing. They came in a thin plastic bag, and each sticky side was covered with a very thin piece of plastic. The first time I used it, I tore the plastic, which pretty much made it useless. In the end, I stuck them together to keep them.
Does the bra actually work?!
When I put them on for the first time, they were very easy to put on. I lifted each breast and put it where I thought it would be least noticeable with my outfit. The sticky part of the bra is not in the middle, which is where you should put your nipple. Each was put on clean, dry skin. I was surprised by how high they went and how safe they felt once they were in place. I wore them under a thin, sleeveless dress, and they didn't show through at all. I wore them all day and then slept in them to see how well they held up. It's a little strange to have my breasts held up by two rabbit-shaped sticky things, but I don't mind taking one for the team. It did say in the directions that you shouldn't wear them for more than 8 hours... so... there you go! I'll write the directions down below.
When I woke up the next morning, they were still there and still in place. When I took them off, I didn't feel anything strange, and it wasn't hard to get them off my skin.
Last things to say
I will definitely use them again, and I would suggest them to others. After using them for a few days in a row, I noticed that if they aren't cleaned, they don't stick as well. It works great to wipe the sticky side with a little water and clean hands, then let it dry.
It's important to find the right size. Follow the size recommendations and reviews from the manufacturer to make sure you get enough support.
I didn't have any problems with them slipping when I was out and about, but I don't think they'll hold up well if you sweat a lot. I also wouldn't use these with swimwear because they don't work on wet skin.
