The Citizen Identification Booklet (CIB) serves as a physical counterpart to the CID. It contains your Unique Citizen Identifier (UCI) and can be validated for use in external travel or to denote additional status for the holder. You may apply for a CIB via completion of the below form!

Note: Primary applicants are individuals engaged in military or civil postings. Private citizens may be rejected for a CIB due to the limited nature of CIB issuing.
