Dues are $385 per month, due at the first of each month.   

Dues not paid by the 10th will incur a $50 late payment fee, and an additional $50 fee will be assessed for every 10 days thereafter that payment is late. 

Dues must be paid by direct deposit to the HOA.  We strongly encourage you to pay via Zelle from your bank to our email address, newport.commons.hoa@gmail.com

If you prefer to pay via direct ACH transfer, contact us for the routing and account numbers.

If you require a statement of your HOA account, send an email to newport.commons.hoa@gmail.com.  Requests will be processed within 5 business days.
