New Heights Tree Care is proud to be a locally and veteran-owned tree and shrub care company based in Batesburg, South Carolina. We specialize in high-quality pruning and tree preservation services that protect your landscape and elevate your property’s natural beauty.

Our founder, Chris Alexander, brings over a decade of experience in the tree care industry. After graduating from Gilbert High School in 2008, Chris served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS George Washington, forward deployed out of Yokosuka, Japan. His time in the Navy built the discipline and leadership that now define his work ethic.

When he returned home in 2013, Chris found his passion in arboriculture. Since then, he has become an ISA Certified Arborist, ISA Certified Tree Climber, and TRAQ (Tree Risk Assessment Qualified) professional. He’s also OSHA 30-certified and an accomplished competitive tree climber.

In 2021, Chris officially launched New Heights Tree Care, after years of subcontracting with trusted companies across the Midlands. Today, we’ve turned our full focus toward tree preservation and proper pruning—helping homeowners, businesses, and communities invest in the long-term health of their landscapes.

Chris is also a trainer with North American Training Solutions, sharing his expertise with other professionals and giving back through training and community support.
