Circle K utilizes servant leadership, which means that our leadership is designed to serve the needs of the members, empowing the members to take charge and design their own experience in the organization. In Circle K, it is the members who plan their service projects, run their club, and plan social events. Club, district, and international students leaders are all available to support members in making their experiences amazing!
In Circle K, all levels of our organization are run by students, for students. Each year, clubs elect their club officers at a meeting. During District Conventions, we elect the students who will serve on the district board. At International Convention, we elect the students leaders that will serve on the international board. Circle K is truly student led with the support of faculty advisors!
