Digital Production Assistants at Destiny are part of a creative production team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional working environment. The role is designed to develop practical digital skills, build confidence, encourage independence and prepare young people for future employment.

Digital Production Assistants work across three key areas: Photography, Videography and Design, contributing to real projects for clients both within New Bridge Multi Academy Trust and the wider community.

Responsibilities include planning and producing creative content, operating professional equipment, using industry-standard software, collaborating with colleagues and completing projects to agreed deadlines.

Richard Bright

Destiny Director | Videography Specialist

Richard provides strategic leadership and direction for Destiny, overseeing the business and ensuring its continued development as a professional digital production service. With specialist knowledge of videography and digital media production, Richard brings creative insight and technical understanding to the team.

His role is instrumental in maintaining professional standards, developing opportunities and ensuring Destiny continues to deliver ambitious, high-quality projects while providing meaningful industry experiences for its young people.

Daniel Ritchie-Holland

Destiny Manager | Lead Deliverer | Professional Photography Specialist

Daniel manages the day-to-day operations of Destiny, combining extensive professional photography experience with a strong background in creative education, art direction and digital production.

Having worked across commercial, studio, documentary and event photography, Daniel brings a wealth of practical industry knowledge and creative expertise to the business. His experience encompasses professional lighting, photographic production, image editing, visual storytelling and digital technologies.

As Destiny's full-time deliverer, Daniel leads creative projects, manages production workflows and supports the team in achieving professional standards. His approach combines technical excellence, creative ambition and a commitment to preparing young people for the demands of the modern creative industries.

Brendan Handrick

Videography Specialist | Digital Media Production

Brendan brings specialist expertise in videography and moving-image production, contributing valuable technical knowledge and creative understanding to Destiny's video services.

With a focus on visual storytelling, camera techniques, composition and professional production practices, Brendan supports the development of engaging, high-quality video content.

His expertise helps young people understand the creative and technical processes behind professional filmmaking, encouraging them to develop practical production skills, attention to detail and confidence in their creative abilities.

Martin Lancaster

Graphic Design | Print and Reproduction Specialist

Martin brings specialist knowledge of graphic design, visual communication and professional print reproduction to Destiny.

His expertise bridges the creative and technical aspects of design, from developing effective visual concepts and layouts through to preparing artwork for professional print and large-format production.

With a strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour, composition and reproduction processes, Martin helps ensure Destiny's creative output meets high standards of presentation and quality. His contribution provides valuable insight into the relationship between digital design and the production of finished, professional materials.

Chris Connelly

Job Coach | Graphic Design and Print Specialist

Chris plays a vital role in supporting Destiny's young people as they develop their creative abilities, workplace confidence and professional skills.

Combining a background in graphic design and  print with a practical understanding of vocational learning, Chris provides guidance throughout the creative process, helping individuals turn ideas into successful finished projects.

As Job Coach, Chris works closely with the team to develop independence, teamwork, communication, problem-solving and professional workplace behaviours. His creative knowledge and supportive approach help bridge the gap between education and employment, ensuring every young person has the opportunity to recognise their strengths and reach their potential.
