The HOA is seeking 2 new Board of Director members. 

Qualifications:

1) Must be at least 18 years old

2) Must be a Property owner in our HOA territory

3) Must be a dues paying member of our HOA

4) Must attend board meetings (approximately 6 - 7 per year)

5) Must be willing to attend & participate in HOA sponsored events / activities (approximately 1 - 2 per year)

Introduction

We are The Shores Home Owners Association and are sometimes referred to as  'The Original Shores'. We represent 343 homes nestled on the edge of the golf course of the Rockwall Golf and Athletic Club. If you would like to know what makes up your HOA, click on 'Documents'.  In Documents there is a map with all the phases outlined and each Deed Restriction has a map of the area and the homes in each Phase. Click on 'About Us' to see the streets in each Phase listed by name.  

The Shores Homeowners Association is a voluntary group of your neighbors in Phases I, II, and III who work to maintain and improve The Shores, so it will continue to be a great place to live. We strive to support activities that would improve the appearance and safety of the area and protect or enhance our property values. We include social activities to offer a sense of community. We have a SHORES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION BOARD elected by our members at an Annual Board Meeting for terms of three years. 

Annual dues of $60 are voluntary. Your dues pay for maintenance of common areas, social or neighborhood activities, information distribution, and this Website.
