The 'mature' development a.k.a. 'The Old Shores' or the 'original Shores' is made up of 350 homes divided in Phases I, II, and III. This website reflects The Shores.

Phase I

Champions Drive, North side of street, Hidden Valley, Hidden Hills, Meadows Drive and Meadows Circle, Meandering Way, Plummer Drive, Ridge Crest Place, Ridge Road West, from Shores Blvd. to and including Ridgecrest Place on the south side and Ridge Road Court on the North side, Shores Blvd. from Champions to Ridge Road West, Shores Circle and Shores Court, Wind Hill Circle and  Road frm 1840 to 1990.

Phase II

Murifield Avenue, Wind Hill Road, from 1760 to 1835

Phase III

Champions Drive, South side of street, Merion Drive, Shores Blvd. from 1235 to 1485
