BANK DETAILS

Teaching fees will be remitted to your personal BPI Savings only. Note that BPI charge around Php50-60* per transaction.

Deadline for submitting Bank info on Teacher’s MyPage is on the 13th or 28th of the month. 

UPLOADING BANK INFORMATION IN MYPAGE

1.       Go to MyPage and click My Bank Account on the left side Menu.

2.       Input the information needed and select the required pictures.

a.       Deposit slip and Valid ID file size should not go over 2MB as the website will not accept it.

b.      If you don’t know the Branch of your BPI, check it on the BPI website

c.       Account # for BPI is located on your deposit slip

d.       Check all information before clicking the Submit button. Do not include any symbols or spaces in the Account #. A popup will show up after clicking the submit button, just click on Yes.

PAYOUT SCHEDULE

Payout Schedule after submitting the bank info

  Payout will depend on the cutoff when the HBT uploaded his/her bank information.

Example A: Bank details were uploaded on 12th of March. (Details uploaded ON or BEFORE the deadline)

The HBT will be paid out for the current cutoff  (5-10 business days after the cutoff). Take note that the 5-10 business days do not count weekend and Holidays of Philippines, China and Hongkong.

Example B: Bank details were uploaded 14th of March. (Details uploaded AFTER the deadline)

Since the deadline is 13th and 28th of the month, payment of HBT’s fees will be on the next cutoff, March 16-31.

DISPUTE PROCESS

ABSENT PENALTY APPEALS

Please take note of the following:

1. Appeal function for valid cases will only be available within seven (7) days from the instance.

2. Acceptable cases for review will be available on the drop down, select the appropriate reason and make sure that the required proofs are in clear image and complete. Otherwise, appeal may be declined and option to dispute won't be available.

3. Your appeal will be queued for processing and feedback will be provided within 3 business days.

4. Abuse of this function and any form of falsification of records and or documents are grounds for service agreement deliberation.

With these changes, all penalty disputes are to be filled within seven (7) day timeframe via Mypage.

Please be reminded that absent penalty is valid if you’re unable to successfully conduct booked lesson. As stipulated in your service agreement, each absent penalty has a standard penalty rate based on the time of the absent notification.

Disputes related to incorrect penalty or incentive error must be coursed through lesson support while disputes tied up with AC or System issue must be coursed through technical support for further validation.

To avoid incurring penalties, please stay physically fit, prepare for back-up/stable teaching place and strategically plan open slots to avoid being absent.
