PHASE ONE
Beginning April 1 at 9:00 a.m., sign the new student room selection application/contract on the Self-Service website.
Decide who you want to live with and consider your top choices for where you would like to live. Develop a back-up plan. This will help you to consider multiple options like, “if this happens, then we’ll do this…” This way, you will be as prepared as you possibly can be when you go to select housing.
Match with your roommate(s). Once everyone in your group has completed their application and signed their contract, you will be eligible to search and match on the Self-Service website. You must do this before your PHASE TWO sign-up time when you will select housing.
Beginning June 1 at 9:00 a.m., log into the Self-Service website to view your assigned "sign-up" for housing selection. The person in your group with the earliest sign-up time will be the first to be able to log in and select housing on behalf of the group from the available options.
PHASE TWO
Beginning June 2, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., you will log into the Self Service website at your assigned "sign-up time" to select from available residence hall rooms.
PHASE THREE
Beginning June 15, 2021, students who have completed new student room selection will receive instructions on how to log into the Self-Service website and select their meal plan for the upcoming academic year. Students who do not select a meal plan by August 15, 2021, will automatically be enrolled for the 17 meal per week plan.

Tuesday, March 30 at 9:00 a.m. - Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores & Freshmen Housing Selection OPENS
April 1, 7:00 p.m. - New Student Room Selection Info Session via Ring Central.
April 1 at 9:00 a.m. - New Student Room Selection Application OPENS
May 31 at 11:59 p.m. - Priority Deadline for New Student Housing Application
June 1 at 9:00 a.m. - Housing selection "sign-up" times available through Self-Service.
June 2 at 9:00 a.m. - New Student Room Selection OPENS (login to select your residence hall room at your assigned "sign-up" time.
June 15 at 9:00 a.m. - Select meal plans through Self-Service.
*Students will automatically be eligible to start searching for roommates upon completion of the housing application. Students who have not completed the housing application are not searchable by other students.
What if I complete my application after May 31, 2021, at 11:59 p.m.?
Students who complete their housing applications after May 31, 2021, at 11:59 p.m., will be eligible to:
Search for roommates upon completion of their application
Log in to Self-Service beginning June 7, 2021, to select residence hall room.
Log in to Self-Service beginning June 15, 2021, to select a meal plan.
