BUE Battery Health Analyzer  (the "Application"), provided by Learn Yourself Easy Solutions (LYES), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you use our Service. The Application is suitable for children aged 3 years and older.

Payments

1. The Application is only free for 3 months, rest just $ or equlvalent  

2. All purchases are processed securely using Google Play Billing.

3. We do not receive or store any payment information (such as credit/debit card or bank details).

4. Google Play may collect limited transaction data as required by their policies and applicable law.

5. To prevent cheating, protect app integrity, and avoid disputes, the Application uses Google Play security protections, including license verification, purchase validation, and anti-tampering features.

🚫 REFUND POLICY - NO REFUNDS

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

By making any purchase within the Application (including subscriptions and token packs), you acknowledge and agree that:

1. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

   • Change of mind

   • Accidental purchases

   • Unused subscription time

   •  

   • Technical issues

   • Dissatisfaction with the product

2. Subscriptions:

   • Auto-renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

   • Can be cancelled anytime through your Google Play account settings

   • Access continues until the end of the current billing period

   • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

   • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period

4. Chargebacks and Disputes:

   • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate termination of your access to purchased content

   • We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks

5. Google Play Policies:

   • All purchases are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions

   • For billing questions or technical issues with Google Play, contact Google Play Support directly

   • We cannot override Google Play's refund policies

   • Taxes: If applicable taxes are charged by Google Play, these taxes are collected by Google Play (not by us) and are non-refundable. We do not collect, control, or receive any portion of taxes charged.

6. Exceptions:

   • In rare cases where a refund may be legally required under applicable consumer protection laws, such requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis but again Note - even in these cases, deducted taxes cannot be refunded along with deduction of banking transfer fees.

Children's Privacy

Our Application is designed for children aged 3+.

• We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.

• Parents can use this app with confidence that no personal data is collected or shared.

• If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Since we do not collect any data, no information is shared with third parties.
