Neutrelle Yarns is a small crochet business, managed by a part-time crocheter and full-time college student.
There is an order form provided in the products section. Once the order is completed, the customer will receive an invoice via Facebook chat or Instagram.
Neutrelle Yarns currently accepts payments via G-Cash and Cash-on-hand for the remaining payment.
A 50% downpayment should be sent prior to the making of the order.
Neutrelle Yarns ship through J&T Express, same-day delivery (Lalamove or any same-day delivery apps), and meet-ups in these specific locations only:
Cubao Gateway
EDSA Kamias
Mendiola
Legarda
Yes, through J&T Express.
The cost of the shipping will depend on your location. The estimated shipping cost will be sent along with the invoice.
Kindly note that shipping cost is shouldered by the customer.
For J&T Express, a reference number will be sent to you for you to check in their app the status of the delivery.
For same-day delivery, a link will be sent on the day of delivery for easy tracking of where the delivery is currently.
For meet-ups, the admin will keep in touch with the customer via Facebook Messenger or Instagram.
Neutrelle Yarns is currently not shipping orders via Shopee check-out, but is currently working on it.
Crochet products are made-to-order, allow 1-3 weeks of waiting time for the production. An update will be given if the order is already done and ready for shipping.
Customers can change orders PRIOR to the production of the order, but NOT DURING THE PRODUCTION.
Neutrelle Yarns strictly implements NO CANCELLATION of orders since crochet takes time and effort.
Neutrelle Yarns does made-to-order items, therefore, return or exchange is not allowed.
