Here is the article that should introduce “International Ideas” to the world. Make your observations. If possible, I will apply them. You should note that some phrases have been derived from your writings.

I have need of a simple method for the transcription of Russian characters. I possess books that allow me to read these characters, but they do not provide a method of transcription that I could use and apply—if necessary—in the journal. Probably you are able to suggest something. Thanks in advance.
