(Please indicate under TL;DR if you are submitting to the Proceedings Track or the Nectar Track)
We invite paper submissions to one of two tracks: ICCV Proceedings Track or Nectar Track.
Topics of interest at NeuSLAM include but are not limited to:
Dense SLAM methods
Real-time 3D reconstruction
Scene representations for SLAM (e.g. point clouds, surfels, (neural) implicit voxel grids, NeRFs, Plenoxels, Gaussian splats)
Neural/learned camera pose estimation and (re-)localization
Camera tracking against various scene representations
Online Stereo (multi-view) and surface reconstruction
Dense Structure-from-motion vs. SLAM
Online reconstruction and tracking of dynamic scenes
Online 3D scene analysis and semantic understanding
All accepted papers from both tracks will be presented in a poster session.
ICCV Proceedings Track
We invite 8-page full papers for inclusion in the ICCV proceedings
All submissions must be anonymous and comply with the dual submission policies and the official ICCV 2025 guidelines.
Important Dates
Paper submission deadline: July 3, 2025 July 5, 2025 (23:59:59 PDT)
Notification of acceptance: July 10, 2025
Submission Portal: OpenReview (please indicate Proceedings Track under TL;DR)
Submission
Papers must be submitted in the ICCV style format. Note that we will request authors of submitted papers to help as a reviewer for the workshop (max. 1 review per reviewer), unless you declare it as a resubmission. Resubmissions (rejected or withdrawn from the ICCV'25 main conference) must contain a copy of all conference reviews, the meta-reviews and the rebuttal in the supplementary material.
Resubmissions will be assessed directly by the workshop chairs, while other submissions will get reviews from at least 3 independent and anonymous reviewers.
Nectar Track
We invite submissions of already published works (either at conferences, journals, or on arXiv) of high-quality, well-documented, reproducible, original and recent research. The goal is to encourage discussions and knowledge exchange among practitioners at a common venue within our workshop. All submissions have to be through Openreview, using any template, yet reporting a clear reference to the already existing work.
The submissions will undergo a soft review process by the organizers.
Important Dates
Paper submission deadline: September 5 September 17, 2025 (23:59:59 PDT)
Notification of acceptance: September 18, 2025
Submission Portal: OpenReview (please indicate Nectar Track under TL;DR)
Please note that papers accepted to the Nectar Track will not be part of the ICCV workshop proceedings. Accepted papers will only be presented to the local workshop audience and not be published in any form. This should be compatible with the dual submission policies of most venues, but please double check if your work is planned for or already under submission.
