The workshop will be held at Holiday Inn Arlington at Ballston (the Arlington ballroom and Ballston ballroom on the first floor; ask the front-desk if you need help on finding the rooms).

The closest airport is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). The workshop starts at 8:30AM on July 31 and ends at 3:30PM on Aug 1. Selected participants must confirm that they will be in attendance for the entire duration of the workshop.

Hotel accommodation:

We have a block of 50 rooms reserved. The cut-off date for the block is 7/7/17. There are 50 rooms blocked for each night, Sunday 7/30 & Monday 7/31. The rooms are $149 plus tax.

Reimbursements:

Please book your own travel and keep all receipts. Reimbursement instructions to selected participants will be sent separately. You will be reimbursed for the actual amount of expenses (up to a maximum of $500). Only participants from US-based institutions are eligible for reimbursement.
