These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the NetDiagnostician mobile application developed and published by Oma Computers Ltd By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Oma Computers Ltd grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to install and use NetDiagnostician on compatible Android devices for personal, educational, or professional network diagnostic purposes.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, visual design elements, application icons, logos, and features associated with NetDiagnostician are the intellectual property of Oma Computers Ltd and its technical partners. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works from the application binaries.

3. Diagnostic Accuracy & Disclaimer

• For Informational Use Only: All network metrics, ping latency figures, IP geolocation data, and route information provided by the App are generated for diagnostic and informational purposes only.

• No Warranty: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Oma Computers Ltd does not guarantee that diagnostic tests will be 100% accurate or uninterrupted during local carrier outages, firewall restrictions, or server maintenance.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oma Computers Ltd, and their affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, network misconfigurations, or service interruptions resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
