# Terms of Service

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Nestique ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
## 2. Description of Service
Nestique is a mobile application that provides:
- AI-assisted room redesign from user-provided photos
- Furniture and decor item extraction from photos
- Room, item, and variation saving in a personal room library
- Before-and-after image comparison
- Prompt-based image editing for room refreshes, layout ideas, and style concepts
- Saving and sharing of generated visual concepts
Nestique is intended to help users explore visual design concepts. The App does not provide architectural, engineering, construction, safety, financial, or professional interior design advice.
## 3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use this App.
## 4. User Responsibilities
### 4.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the App:
- To violate any applicable law or regulation
- To infringe on the rights of others
- To upload photos, images, prompts, or other content that you do not have permission to use
- To transmit harmful, offensive, illegal, abusive, or infringing content
- To attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the App or its services
### 4.2 Photo and Image Rights
You are solely responsible for the photos, prompts, and other content you submit to the App. You must have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to upload, edit, process, save, and share that content.
You should not upload private, sensitive, confidential, or third-party content unless you have permission to do so.
### 4.3 Design and Renovation Decisions
Nestique generates visual concepts only. You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying room dimensions and measurements
- Checking furniture fit and installation requirements
- Confirming product details, materials, colors, pricing, and availability
- Consulting qualified professionals before construction, electrical, plumbing, structural, or safety-related work
- Making final purchasing, renovation, or decorating decisions
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, or inconsistent with real-world constraints.
### 4.4 Device and Data Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your device and for all activity that occurs within the App on your device.
## 5. Intellectual Property
### 5.1 App Ownership
The App, including its design, features, code, branding, graphics, text, and other content, is owned by YOUR_COMPANY_NAME or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
### 5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos, prompts, room names, item labels, saved variations, and other content you provide or create through the App.
By using the App, you grant YOUR_COMPANY_NAME permission to process your content solely to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the App's features, including AI-assisted image generation and editing.
### 5.3 Generated Outputs
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use images generated through the App for personal or business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated outputs does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
## 6. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services for AI image generation, language processing, hosting, storage, security, and related functionality.

Your use of features powered by third-party services may be subject to their respective terms, policies, and data practices. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or accuracy of third-party services.
## 7. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer paid features, subscriptions, trials, or other in-app purchases.
If you purchase a subscription or paid feature through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by that marketplace and subject to its terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Subscriptions may renew automatically
- You can cancel through your app store account settings
- Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription
- Refund requests must be submitted through the applicable app store or marketplace
## 8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Accuracy, realism, or usefulness of AI-generated images
- Completeness or reliability of design suggestions
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with every device, image, room, or design use case
