YOUR_COMPANY_NAME ("we", "us", "our") operates the Nestique mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, how we process it, and your choices.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
Room photos and images you choose from camera or photo library.
Text prompts and edit instructions you enter.
Optional names/labels you assign to rooms, items, and variations.
AI-generated room variations and extracted item images.
Before/after share images generated by the App.
Local usage counters (for example, rooms created, variations generated).
Local settings (for example, onboarding completion and AI data-sharing preference).
The App currently does not require account signup.
We do not sell personal information.
We use information to:
Provide core features (room redesign, item extraction, visual variations).
Process AI image editing and generation requests.
Save your project history on your device.
Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and debug service issues.
Respond to support requests.
Before the App sends personal data to third-party AI providers, Nestique shows an in-app disclosure that explains:
what data will be sent,
which provider receives it, and
asks for your permission.
If you do not grant permission, third-party AI generation is disabled until you enable it in the App settings.
When you request AI generation features, Nestique may share limited data with the following processors:
Google Gemini API (Google LLC)
OpenAI API (OpenAI, L.L.C.) as fallback when configured
Shared data may include:
the room photo or selected image region,
your prompt/edit text, and
optional reference images and edit metadata (for example mask/placement coordinates).
We only use these providers to process your request and return results to you. We require providers we use for processing to maintain data protections that are the same as or stronger than our own privacy and security standards.
Local project data is stored on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
You can clear in-app history from the App settings.
Service-provider logs and processing data may be retained according to provider policies and legal requirements.
We may share data with:
AI and cloud service providers that process requests on our behalf.
Hosting, security, and support vendors.
Authorities if required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The App is not directed to children under the age required by applicable local law to consent to data processing. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
Access or request a copy of personal data.
Correct or update data.
Request deletion.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Request data portability.
Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).
