Welcome to NestDocs: PDF Editor & Converter ("the App"). This Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms & Pro Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "Subscriber") and the NestDocs development team regarding your subscription to and use of NestDocs Pro services.
Please read these terms carefully before starting your subscription. By subscribing to or using NestDocs Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
NestDocs Pro Membership is a premium subscription-based service designed to unlock the full capabilities of NestDocs: PDF Editor & Converter. Subscribing to NestDocs Pro grants you unlimited access to our complete suite of advanced PDF document processing tools, along with a clean, advertisement-free workflow across all your supported iOS devices.

Monthly Pro: $19.99 / month with a 3-day free trial for new users.
Annual Pro: $99.99 / year (billed annually).

PDF Security & Advanced Editing: Unlimited access to PDF Encryption, Document Merging, Document Splitting, Custom Watermarking, and Digital Signatures.
Creation & Conversion: Unlimited PDF document creation and advanced format conversions.
Pure Ad-Free Experience: 100% removal of all third-party advertisements for uninterrupted productivity.
Payment & Renewal: Payments are charged to your Apple ID Account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
During an active Pro subscription period, subscribers gain full access to the following features:

Merge PDFs: Combine multiple PDF files into a single document in custom order.
Split PDFs: Easily divide large PDF files into multiple individual documents by page or range.
Add Watermarks: Insert custom text or image watermarks to protect your copyright and privacy.
E-Signatures: Create, import, and draw handwritten signatures to sign PDF documents.
Advanced PDF Creation: Unlock full conversion formats and document creation tools.
Ad-Free Experience:
Enjoy a pure, seamless user interface completely free of advertisements.
Monthly Subscription: $19.99 / month (Includes a 3-Day Free Trial for eligible first-time subscribers).
Annual Subscription: $99.99 / year (Billed immediately upon confirmation).
Pricing Note: Prices are listed in USD base rates. Actual charges will be converted to your local currency by the Apple App Store based on local exchange rates and applicable taxes.
Free Trial & Billing: If you select the Monthly Subscription with a 3-day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Your Apple ID Account will be charged $19.99 within 24 hours prior to the end of the 3-day trial period. To avoid being charged, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
Auto-Renewal Mechanism: Subscription automatically renews at the designated price ($19.99/month or $99.99/year) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charge Window: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Forfeiture of Unused Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
If you switch iOS devices or reinstall the App, you can restore your active Pro subscription on any device signed in with the same Apple ID by tapping the "Restore Purchases" button on the in-app subscription page.
You may manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription at any time through your iOS device settings:
Open Settings.
Tap your Apple ID / Name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select NestDocs.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
Note: Subscriptions must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle to prevent being charged for the next period.
All purchases, payments, and refunds are processed directly by Apple App Store. Developers do not have access to manage or issue direct monetary refunds. To request a refund, please visit Apple's official refund portal: 👉 Apple Problem Reporting Page (reportproblem.apple.com)
