These Terms of Use ("Terms") describe the rules and conditions for accessing and using NestDocs, including its features, services, and related functionality.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using NestDocs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the App.

NestDocs: PDF Editor & Converter is a PDF document management application designed to help users view, edit, convert, organize, and manage PDF documents.
The App may provide features including, but not limited to:
• Viewing and reading PDF files;
• Editing PDF documents;
• Converting files to and from PDF formats;
• Compressing PDF files;
• Merging and splitting PDF documents;
• Adding annotations and comments;
• Creating electronic signatures;
• Managing and organizing documents;
• Other PDF-related tools and features.
I may update, improve, or modify application features from time to time to provide a better user experience.
By using NestDocs, you confirm that:
• You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms;
• You will use the App only for lawful purposes;
• Your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of NestDocs complies with the laws applicable to your location.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use NestDocs for personal and lawful purposes.
You may not:
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• Circumvent security features or access restrictions;
• Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes;

NestDocs allows you to import, create, edit, convert, and process PDF files and other documents.
You retain all ownership rights to your documents and content.
I do not claim ownership of any files, documents, or materials processed through NestDocs.
You are solely responsible for:
• Ensuring you have the legal right to use your documents;
• Ensuring your files do not violate third-party rights;
• Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws.
NestDocs processes your documents only to provide the features requested by you.
Many document processing features of NestDocs are performed locally on your device.
Your documents and files remain under your control.
I do not access, collect, store, or review your personal documents unless a specific feature explicitly requires such processing and you provide permission.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files.
I am not responsible for any loss of documents or data caused by:
• Device failure;
• Accidental deletion;
• User operations;
• Other circumstances beyond my reasonable control.
NestDocs may use Apple-provided system services to provide application functionality.
These services may include, but are not limited to:
• App Store services;
• Apple system file access features;
• Document picker services;
• Share Sheet and system sharing features;
• Other iOS system functionalities.
These Apple services are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's own terms of service and privacy policies.
NestDocs does not control Apple's services and is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of Apple services.
You agree not to:
• Use NestDocs for illegal activities;
• Upload malicious files or harmful content;
• Attempt to interfere with or damage the App;
• Circumvent application security mechanisms;
• Access the App through unauthorized methods;
• Infringe the rights of other users or third parties.
Violation of these Terms may result in restriction or termination of your access to NestDocs.
NestDocs, including but not limited to:
• Software;
• User interface design;
• Graphics and icons;
• Product names;
• Related materials;
is protected by intellectual property laws.
All intellectual property rights belong to me or applicable licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of NestDocs without prior authorization.
NestDocs does not use third-party services to collect, store, or process your personal documents.
The App may rely on Apple-provided system services to support basic application functionality.
Any Apple services used by NestDocs are governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
Your privacy is important to me.

By using NestDocs, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.
NestDocs is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I do not guarantee that:
• The App will always be available;
• The App will be completely free of errors;
• All PDF processing results will always be accurate;
• The App will satisfy all user requirements.
You use NestDocs at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any:
• Loss of documents or data;
• Loss of profits;
• Business interruption;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
• Damages resulting from the use or inability to use NestDocs.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your files.
I may suspend or terminate your access to NestDocs if:
• You violate these Terms;
• You misuse the App;
• Required by applicable laws;
• Necessary to protect user rights or safety.
Upon termination, your right to use NestDocs will immediately end.
I may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of NestDocs at any time.
I am not responsible for any loss resulting from changes, interruptions, or discontinuation of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved according to applicable legal procedures.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• These Terms are between you and the developer of NestDocs, not Apple;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for NestDocs;
• Apple is not responsible for any claims related to NestDocs;
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.
