1. What type of visa is required to attend the conference?
Foreign participants should apply for an Indian Conference Visa. Detailed information and application guidelines can be found here!
2. Is the conference in hybrid mode?
No. The conference will be held in person only at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, India.
3. Is conference participation open to Master’s students?
No. The conference is intended for doctoral (PhD) candidates and post-doctoral researchers.
4. Are scholarships available?
Yes. Up to 30 scholarships are available for both Indian and international participants from the Global South. These scholarships will cover travel to Delhi and accommodation during the conference.
5. How can I apply for a scholarship?
Applicants must submit a 300-word scholarship statement along with their abstract, describing their motivation to attend, relevance of their work to the conference theme, and need for financial support.
6. What is the registration fee?
There is no registration fee for selected participants.
7. Can I submit more than one abstract?
Participants may submit only one abstract as the presenting author, either for a paper or a poster.
