Our coaching staff mirrors the spirit of the game itself - diverse, dynamic, and dedicated to honing your skills. Our coaching lineup features young and energetic former college or pro players who understand the pulse of the game. They bring a fresh perspective and a relatable approach to training and skill-building. Alongside former players, we are proud to have successful high school, college, and travel coaches on board. These individuals bring a depth of knowledge and proven techniques that players can leverage to reach new heights in their game.

The amalgamation of energetic former players and seasoned coaches forms the backbone of a transformative journey for our players. 

On game days, our team-specific managers take the lead in managing the action. However, it's important to note that our entire coaching staff operates as one cohesive unit during practices, providing valuable insights, guidance, and unwavering support to each and every player.

The Showcase League has a proven track record of producing outstanding coaches and scouts at various levels of the baseball world. From high school programs to professional teams, our former coaches have spread their expertise far and wide. Tyler Pacheco- League President/ Head Coach of Team Black

Tyler has been apart of the Showcase League since 2014 as a coach, in 2018 he took over as Team Black head coach and has led Team Black to 6 Fall Classic appearances while winning 4 Fall Classic Championships in 19', 21', 23',24'. Tyler took over the Showcase League in 2023. He is currently a Program Director for Boston Charge Baseball and Facility Manager of Stoneham Training Center. 

Jared Neikam- Assistant Coach of Team Black

Jared is heading into his second year as an Assistant Coach of Team Black! Jared is a former Team Black Champion from the 2019 team. Jared is an Alumni of UMass Dartmouth, in 2022 Jared was named to the Third Team All Little East Conference.

Tim Lunn- Head Coach of Team Purple

Tim Lunn has been apart of the Showcase League since 2019 after taking over the helm.Tim is also an Assistant Coach at Keene State College. Before Keene State, Tim served as the junior varsity head coach and assistant varsity coach at Bishop Guertin High School in Nashua, N.H.  He's also worked as the manager of the Nashua Legion team that won the 2019 State Legion Championship.

Norm Kerman- Assistant Coach of Team Purple

Norm is a former player for NH Team Purple and has been on the staff as an assistant coach for 3 years. Norm also serves as an Assistant Coach at Pinkerton Academy and for Nashua Legion. 

Nick Skafas- Head Coach MA Team Navy

Skafas is heading into his second year as Head Coach of MA Team Navy! Nick has served as an Assistant Coach at Bentley University. He is also a member of Boston Charge Baseball base out of Stoneham, MA. He is an alumni from Springfield College with a degree in Exercise Science. 

Joey Frammartino- Assistant Coach MA Team Navy

Joey enters his first year as an Assistant Coach of MA Team Navy. Joey is a recent graduate from Endicott College and played his 5th year at Merrimack College and was named to First Team All MAAC.
