For our creative project we chose to write a parody style rap inspired by Did It First by IceSpice and Central Cee. We picked this melody because music is entertaining and memorable and can help the listener connect their feelings to serious topics. Our Song focuses on the dangerous facing North Atlantic right whales including ship strikes, fishing nets and climate change. By using catchy lyrics and humor we hope the audience will better understand the importance of protecting whales and keeping the ocean safe for marine life.
