NeptunesOrcaII is a Canadian fellow by the name of Joshua who makes videos for the entertainment of the Citizens of the Internet.

Pax Behaaglijk is a world NeptunesOrcaII sometimes uses for M3T. It's a really beautiful world, very natural and peaceful, so most of the builds there try to augment naturally generated terrain. The name uses both Latin and Dutch, with "Pax" meaning "peace", and "Behaaglijk" meaning "comfortable" or "pleasant". Pax Behaaglijk is available for download, for any who want to look or build in this stunning world.
Will there be cake?
No. The cake is a lie, and everyone knows it. On the other hand, there may be pi, though no promises.
What about the name? Where does that come from? Why NeptunesOrcaII, why not just NeptunesOrca?
Well, it's a story that needs a great deal of context, and pretty boring. Make your own story up, it will be far more entertaining. If you're really desperate to know, ask him yourself.
