Legal stuff! Yay! This is where I give you permissions to do stuff, because copyright law in the Internet Age is well and truly broken. If this is the first you're hearing about it, here's a couple of videos (by people much smarter than me) that should enlighten you.
Here's the long and short of it. Because copyright is a mess, and I want people to use my stuff, I make most of my stuff available through a pretty generous generic license (whatever you see on this page). It is still copyrighted, so please bear that in mind, but as I say, it's provided to you through a generic license.
Please note that I reserve the right to change this license at any point in time, and by using any of my content, you automatically agree to be held to this generic license, unless I explicitly send you a license for your specific usage.
Now, to be clear, fair use is fair use. If your work is protected as fair use under copyright law, obviously, that's completely fine in every way, and all the power to you for making use of my content in a way that you are fully entitled to. This license has no bearing on your rights within copyright law to use my content in a way that is classified as fair use.

- A one-time physical screening of part or all of any number of videos for any audience less than 100 viewers, under the condition the screening is not monetized in any way (one-time means that each video will only appear once during the screening, and that any screening undertaken by the same group will not show any of the same videos ever again, without special permission)
- Screenshots or brief video clips (under 10s) for use in memes or reactions (so long as the video remains publicly posted), under the condition it is not monetized in any way
- An unpublished archival copy of any video, for personal use only

- Publishing or performing a remix, cover, arrangement, or medley without credit
- Publishing any sheet music for a remix, cover, arrangement, or medley without credit
- Live or recorded performances to audiences of over 1000 people, except for adjudication purposes
- Live or recorded performances for a monetized adjudication
- Distributing remixes, covers, or medleys on physical media

- The use of any music contained within the game for commentary related to the game
- Any screenshot or brief footage clip (10 s) for use in memes or reactions
- Online-only publication of fan art or fan fiction related to the settings or characters portrayed in games, under the condition that fan art/fiction are not directly monetized (for instance, ads on the website where it's published are OK, a paywall is not, and making the fan work sponsored content would also not be OK)
- Creating an unpublished archival copy of the software for personal use only
