By accessing or using any application published by Neptune Infotech, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
You agree to use our apps only for lawful, personal purposes. You shall NOT:
Use the Reverse Lookup app for stalking, doxing, or harassing any individual.
Utilize any "bot," scraper, or automated script to harvest data from our apps.
Misuse the Bank Balance app to attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or steal the source code of our applications.
Information Accuracy: Data retrieved via Rapid API is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of caller names or number identification.
Financial Services: Neptune Infotech is not a bank. Any discrepancy in bank balance figures or failed USSD/SMS banking transactions is the sole responsibility of your financial institution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neptune Infotech and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the apps, including loss of data or financial loss.
The UI, icons, code, and branding of Neptune Infotech apps are the exclusive property of Neptune Infotech. No license is granted for commercial use or distribution.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Gujarat, India.
