Neptune Infotech ("we," "us," or "our") is dedicated to protecting the privacy of users across our global mobile application portfolio, This policy is designed to be compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
We collect information to provide better services to all our users. The types of data we collect include:
Support & Communications: When you contact us for technical support, we collect your email address and any information provided in the correspondence.
User Profiles: Any voluntarily provided data during account registration via Firebase.
Device Identifiers: IP Address, Google Advertising ID (GAID), and unique device tokens for push notifications.
Device Metrics: Hardware model, Operating System version, battery level, and network signal strength.
Crash & Performance Data: Log files generated by Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose ANRs and crashes.
Contacts (READ_CONTACTS): Our Caller ID app accesses your contact list locally. We DO NOT upload, sync, sell, or transmit your contact list to any external server. This permission is used solely to identify incoming callers and as a Local Fallback for identification when 3rd-party APIs are unreachable.
SMS & Call Logs: Our apps processes SMS and Call Logs on-device only. We do not store or read your financial messages on our servers.
Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION): Used to provide region-specific banking USSD codes and localized caller information.
We do not sell your personal data. However, we share specific technical identifiers with sub-processors to facilitate app functionality:

Our Callar Id app functions as an interface for global data providers via Rapid API.
Data Ownership: Neptune Infotech does not own or control the global databases queried via Rapid API.
Deletion Limitation: We fulfill all "Right to be Forgotten" requests regarding your account on Neptune Infotech servers. However, we cannot delete or modify your information from 3rd-party databases accessed through Rapid API. Users wishing to remove their public number information must contact the original data aggregators directly.
Security: All data transmitted between the app and our servers is protected by SSL/TLS encryption.
Retention: Technical logs are purged after 90 days. Account data is retained until a deletion request is initiated.
Our apps are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will immediately purge the data from our systems.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have specific rights:
GDPR (EU/UK): Right to access, portability, and "Right to be Forgotten."
CPRA (California): Right to opt-out of the "sale or sharing" of personal info.
DPDP (India): Right to nominate a person to manage data and right to grievance redressal.
