Neon Horizon (“Neon Horizon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting user privacy. By using any Meta Quest game or application developed or published by Neon Horizon (“Games”), you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Does the App Collect User Data?

Yes, limited non-personal and technical data is collected.
No personally identifiable information is collected directly by Neon Horizon.

We collect only the minimum data required to operate, improve, and support our Games.

Purpose:
Used to maintain performance, fix crashes, improve compatibility, and ensure stability.

2.4 Platform Identifiers (Collected)

We may receive anonymous platform-level identifiers from Meta, such as:

§ An app-scoped user ID

These identifiers:

§ Are assigned by Meta

§ Do NOT reveal user identity

§ Cannot be used to contact users

§ Are used only to link gameplay data and purchases within the Game

3. Motion Tracking, Sensors & Hardware Access

3.1 Motion & Positional Tracking

Our Games use motion, controller, or hand-tracking data only to enable gameplay mechanics.
