Tapioca is a starch extracted from the storage roots of cassava. This species is native to the northern region of Brazil. The principle is based on the creation of tapioca balls with the insertion of another ingredient (surprise factor) as a filling. The confection of the balls and the choice / way that the filling is added makes the end result amazing. From the outside everyone looks the same, but after the bite, the big difference is revealed.
