An application must be submitted to the Head of Department requesting the issuance of Department Clearance.
[For research scholars, the application should also be forwarded by the respective supervisor. ]
Library Clearance can be obtained by submitting the valid University ID to the library.
An application must be submitted to the Warden of the hostel requesting the issuance of Hostel Clearance. This application should be forwarded by the Hostel Prefect or Mess Secretary.

All fee receipts (Academic Fees and Hostel Fees) must be submitted to the Section Officer (CASH) in the Administrative Block. Additionally, Department Clearance, Library Clearance, and Hostel Clearance (if applicable) must be presented to issue the Finance Clearance.
[For research scholars, it is crucial to pay the Thesis Evaluation Fee. To do so, first visit the Computer Center to activate the payment portal on the ERP system. This payment receipt is required to issue the Finance Clearance. This step should be completed prior to visiting the Finance Department. ]
An application must be submitted to the Dean, Student's Welfare (DSW) requesting the issuance of DSW Clearance. This application should be forwarded by the Head of Department and must include copies of Hostel Clearance and Finance Clearance.
[For research scholars, the application must also be forwarded by the supervisor. ]
An application must be submitted to the Controller of Examination (CoE) for the submission of the thesis in the Ph.D. section of Examination Block. This application should be forwarded by both the supervisor and the Head of Department. The submission must include the following documents:
Hard-bound Thesis
Abstract and Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Soft Copy of the Thesis on Optical Disk (CD or DVD) with Hard Cover
Ph.D. Registration Document
Course Work Results
Copy of 2 conference certificates
Copy of 1 Journal (First Page)
Plagiarism Report
All Original Clearances (Department, Library, Finance, Hostel, DSW)
Pre-submission Evaluation Report (This is not accessible to the scholars, so better to consult with supervisor)
Upon successful submission of the thesis, a subsequent application can be made to the Controller of Examination (CoE) for the issuance of a Thesis Submission Certificate. This application should be forwarded by the supervisor.
