After leaving the boarding area the Clam-mobiles depart down a long tunnel and face out towards a coral reef. Here guests are entranced in the beauty of the coral and the colorful fish. Then the Clam-mobiles' built in sonic hydrophones activate and the familiar voice of Marlin can be heard wishing Nemo a safe field trip. The Clam-mobiles follow Nemo and Dory as they traverse the coral reef before reaching an opening where Mr. Ray is waiting.
Nemo and Dory Join Mr. Ray and Nemo's class and they all head off on Mr. Ray's back towards adventure. Along the way Mr. Ray sings his song and informs his class and the guests about the sealife they observe.
The first major thing Nemo's class encounters is a Blue Whale. While Dory attempts to communicate with the whale Mr. Ray informs his class the the blue whale is the largest creature in the whole world.
The class then runs into a smack of jellyfish. at first the class tries to navigate their way through but then the class dives down a deep ocean trench to avoid the jellyfish
The ocean is now pitch black and Mr. ray explains where in the midnight zone the deepest zone of the ocean where no light reaches and that the creatures living down here have adapted to make their own light. Dory sings her song as the class continues deeper.
The darkness gives way to bright colorful bioluminescent light from al sorts of different fish and creatures. Then an Angler Fish attacks the class and they rush out of the trench.
The class returns home to the coral reef and proceeds to sing all about the Big Blue World they just explored. marlin and the tank gang, having escaped once again, join in on the song as well. Meanwhile guests aboard the clam-mobiles can view real living fish behind the animated characters. the Clam-mobiles arrive at Seabase Alpha and the guests are directed to disembark.
