Cancellations and refunds:
Once your reservation is confirmed you will be issued an invoice, which can be paid via bank transfer. Payments are due as follows:
50% deposit to confirm the reservation
100% payment of the total invoice amount 30 days before the arrival
Please note that no refunds will be issued after the deadline for the full invoice to be paid.
