Nemesis is a mobile application designed for personal development and self-improvement. It offers AI-assisted features, including the Master Tao chat experience.
There is no age restriction for using the App.
Account creation and email/ID verification via Firebase Auth are required.
Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
Multiple account creation is prohibited.
In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled via Superwall.
Prices and subscription terms may vary.
Cancellation and refund policies are available in-app.
Users may upload or input content such as mood logs, messages, or other personal data.
Users retain ownership of their content.
By submitting content, users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely for service provision.
Users are solely responsible for their submissions.
Content must not infringe on others’ rights, be illegal, abusive, or inappropriate.
The App and all content provided by Nemesis (excluding User Content) is our intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties.
We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or third-party failures.
We implement secure storage and transmission protocols to protect user data.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Jurisdiction shall be the competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central).
We reserve the right to update or discontinue features.
Users will be notified of major changes.
