Nemesis ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you use our mobile application ("Nemesis App") and services.

Photos selected or taken via device camera or gallery

Time zone derived from device settings (no GPS tracking)

3. Purpose of Data Usage
To authenticate and manage user accounts
To personalize content and recommendations
To enable AI-based chat experiences, including Master Tao (via OpenAI APIs). During these interactions, we may extract and store structured insights from the user's inputs to enhance their profile and provide tailored guidance.
To send important notifications
To monitor performance, fix bugs, and enhance usability
To process in-app purchases and subscriptions via Superwall
We may contact you regarding your app usage (e.g., cancellations, technical issues, or feedback requests) to improve your experience.

Microsoft Clarity & Microsoft Advertising:
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.

The App does not have a specific age restriction.
We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13 years old.
If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete the information promptly.

All user data processed by the Master Tao AI feature is subject to OpenAI’s usage and retention policies. Nemesis does not store the raw conversation history beyond what is required for functionality unless user consent is obtained.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updates
Under Turkish Law (KVKK), certain types of data—such as mood tracking—may be classified as sensitive personal data. These will only be collected and processed with the user's explicit consent, as required by Article 6 of the KVKK.
Users will be provided with clear information and a mechanism to give or withdraw such consent at any time.
