Contribution Rules:

Under Ontario municipal election rules, contributions:

1. May only be made by residents of Ontario.

2. Must come from the contributor’s own personal funds.

3. Cannot come from corporations, trade unions, businesses, organizations, associations, or individuals outside Ontario.

4. Are limited to $1,200 per person to Jessica’s campaign.

5. Require the contributor’s full name and residential address for campaign records.

6. Are not eligible for charitable tax receipts.
