Veterans often have difficulty adjusting to civilian life. While adjusting to civilian life might take time, they need to have a civilian job. Veterans lack the experience of civilian job interviews and often face problems unique to their population. Through this project, we aim to understand issues faced by veterans during civilian job interviews. Further, we aim to develop support for veteran job interview training. We first conducted a focus group with industry interviewers wh have had experience conducting interviews with veterans to understand veterans' problems during a job interview and their behavior during the interview.
